The team at BodySmart Health are like no other. From the moment you walk through the doors, you feel supported and like you can achieve anything. Since attending one on one exercise physiology sessions I have seen significant improvements in my running performance, overall strength, and hip pain. All clinicians are extremely professional, knowledgeable and explain concepts that are easy to understand. The group reformer Pilates sessions also compliment my individual sessions perfectly. I have recommended BodySmart to all my family friends!

I had the opportunity to work with a couple of physiotherapists at Bodysmart and overall my problems with my shoulder have been therapeutic and confidence building after dealing with a AC Joint, Rotor Cuff and labrum tear. If it wasn’t for this option of therapy I’d be looking at Frozen Shoulder and the need for a maybe a shoulder reconstruction and at the least a operation that would put me out of action for at least a year before I’d be able to rebuild the muscle in my shoulder. Keep up the good work Bodysmart you have my approval and appreciation.

I honestly can’t rate this studio highly enough. I initially started reformer Pilates here as a way to get back into an exercise routine after feeling unfit for a while. The instructors are all friendly, highly qualified and knowledgeable, the classes run on time and I always leave feeling pumped. The team have worked with me through my entire pregnancy to help me continue exercising safely and are incredibly attentive, ensuring every movement is appropriate and comfortable for my stage of pregnancy. There is no “scene” like at some studios, BodySmart has a relaxed vibe and all the staff are genuinely helpful.

For someone who hates exercising I have found the experience at Body Smart Health both rewarding and fun. As someone who had been very over weight and unfit for years I was dreading going to any type of gym let alone having a personal trainer. However Jeremy my trainer turned out to be a very caring and compassionate young man who not only took care of me but has trained me now for just over a year and I am the fittest I been for years. All the staff are friendly and easy to get alone with. Equipment up to date and premises nice and clean would recommend to anyone to train at there.

I have been having radiation and chemo treatment for 7 weeks. At the beginning of my treatment I had read an article about the benefits of physical activity and the benefits of it during treatment, so I discussed this with my radiation doctor who then fortunately gave me a pamphlet about Body Smart. So I rang Body Smart and spoke to Anne Peters and booked my initial appointment. I found 2-3 sessions a week to be motivating, helpful and positive. Anne was so supportive, encouraging and a delight to work with. The rest of the team were amazing in supporting me as well. One of the very best experiences of my treatment journey has been visiting Body Smart. It has improved not only my physical strength but also my mental resilience. I can't recommend it highly enough to anybody going through the trauma of cancer treatment. Thank you so much and I will miss my sessions while I return home to outback Queensland for a month. I will promise to do my homework to continue the good work you started with me.
